Email Entrollment Management Web Work About Contact Client Login

We really enjoyed a project you produced for an institution other than our own. Can you build a similar project for us? Sure! But do you really want that? When potential clients call because they've seen other work that they really like, we work to identify which pieces of the project were most compelling and strive to reproduce that same feeling/element in a unique project that' just right for the client.

We have plenty of promotional photo/video material on-hand. What are some ways that we can repurpose this material for recruiting via the web? We believe that one of the strengths of web technology is its ability to make content 'repurposing' easy and inexpensive. If you have existing footage/imagery we can incorporate those assets into a web video series, an online tour, or any custom work you might need. Doing so helps reduce cost while strengthening your brand with the repeated inclusion of themes and pictures across your entire marketing effort.

What kind of involvement can we expect to have during the design process on one of your multimedia projects? Oooh... this is a toughie. On most projects, clients have tremendous input on the initial discussions of design and direction and then follow that will approval/revision cycles as the project matures to completion. However, it's important to note that the 'heavy lifting' on the design element of a project gets done early on and that repeated redesigns or changes in design vocabulary result in increased costs.

And as soon as he gets done with some pretty urgent projects and decides which questions are really the most frequently asked, we'll post them right here.

We'd like you to help us produce an interview-style web video series, but don't necessarily have students with experience being interviewed on film. How can we work around this? We have yet to work with a client whose students were natural camera hogs. Our method of producing videos results in candid and comfortable interviews with students and faculty. (The biggest problem is always with the faculty types -- we can't get them to quit talking!)

Our institution is often overlooked by students who tend to opt for some of the higher-profile colleges and universities in our area. Can modifying our web presence help deal with this issue in any way? If so, what are some things we can try? Your brand always has two components: the actual and the aspirational. It's the difference between where you are in a particular market versus where you want to be. We believe that certain types of high-profile projects (viral videos and destination sites) can raise your profile across a wider market. In addition, an active online community for your admitted students can go a long way towards building the kind of 'brand love' that will see kids coming to you over more recognized peers.

We're interested in your web & multimedia services, but aren't exactly sure which of your offerings would work best for us. What kinds of things should we look at internally to help us figure this out? Simple answer? Ask us. Our goal is to provide solutions to your recruiting and marketing problems. If we hear your plight and none of our services really fit, then we'll tell you where to go. Honest.
