The Enrollment Management Assessment (EMA) has several major objectives and deliverables:

1. To provide a comprehensive analysis of admissions data with a set of actionable items to improve recruitment and efficiency
2. To provide an admissions operations assessment with specific recommendations for improvements in office efficiency
3. To provide a comprehensive analysis of financial aid data with a set of observations and suggestions that we believe will make the enrollment process more effective

The presentation of the EMA reports is designed to allow the client to continue the institutional assessment long after the initial engagement is complete. We will provide a set of tools and a baseline assessment that will allow institutions to continue self-assessment for years to come. In addition, the EMA report will provide a road-map to help the on-campus Enrollment Manager create or enhance the culture of enrollment management that exists on campus.
