How do the services fit together?
Remarkably well. The Enrollment Management services we offer allow us to assist clients with the specific problems or limitations they face. We will provide a detailed listing of data elements and will add to it or delete from it based on individual client's needs. A formal statistical retention analysis requires additional data, but we will work on a client by client basis to determine data needs.

How quickly can we get these services up and running?
Very quickly. We are positioned to produce deliverable services and products very quickly, but we rely on clients to provide data, secure creative approvals, develop campus visit schedules efficiently, etc. In our experience, delays are more frequent on the client end than on our end. But we will provide a timeline for our work as we agree on specific engagements.

Who do you meet with when assessing an enrollment management operation?
As many people as we can in the time allotted for the campus visit. The more information we can gather, the better equipped we will be to provide our best advice. Typically, we meet with admissions, financial aid, senior administrators, institutional research, students, faculty, and coaches. Each visit is tailored to the individual client.

What if I am not well-versed in statistical methodology? Will I understand the process and the recommendations?
We hope so! While our analysis is deeply rooted in data analysis, our presentation of finding does not need to be. We are equipped to speak in symbols and in words and will design the presentation of our findings to the audience. From marketing and mathematics faculty to trustees to admissions counselors, we will meet our audiences and leave them with an understanding of our work and how it impacts the institution.

Does your search and fulfillment service include traditional print materials?

We build search and fulfillment on email and web-based tools. These can operate as stand-alone tools or they can be supported by print materials. Assessing institutional needs and budgets will be an important factor in the strategy we recommend regarding the use of print materials in the search process. We have the capability of producing print materials or using existing print materials in this process.

Can you create print pieces?

Absolutely. We have been working with print materials for years and we would certainly welcome the opportunity to develop and manage all phases of print production.

Will you visit campus as part of your work?

Most likely. Some services require campus visits and others do not. To use you resources effectively, we seek to limit travel expenses to a minimum. However, we recognize that campus visits can be an important piece and an engagement and we will do what is necessary to provide the very best service. Having said that, we can save us all a lot of time and money going old-school and using the phone!
