Through an Admissions Audit, we will engage in a two or three day on-campus visit where members of our staff will interview members of the senior leadership, the enrollment management teams, the admissions staff, members of the admissions committee (if applicable), members of the scholarship committee (if applicable), the staff in financial aid, the coaching staff (if applicable), and other key players on campus. At the conclusion of the on-campus interviews, we will meet with the senior admissions officer (or the President) to provide a general overview of findings. The full report will be delivered once the data analysis has been completed.

The Admissions Audit provides an objective, professional and external assessment of the current state of an institution's admissions operation. The written report will include perceived strengths of the operation, recommendations for improvement, and information/recommendations for the enrollment manager to use at his/her discretion to sustain and improve admissions office efficiency.

In addition to the Admissions Audit, we offer other focused admissions audits involving vital pieces of enrollment management, including:

  • Publications/Marketing Assessment (including admissions websites): Evaluates existing print and web materials designed for prospective student marketing
  • Athletics: Evaluates the relationship between athletic and admissions recruiting with a goal of providing recommendations to produce a unity of purpose and an efficient use of resources
  • Alumni: Evaluates the use of alumni in the recruitment process and submits written recommendations for creating/enhancing the existing alumni-admissions program
  • Parents: Evaluates the use of parents of current/former students in the recruitment process and creates written recommendations for creating/enhancing the existing parent program

We also offer a variety of admissions/recruitment-related presentations and workshops. A few examples of topics include:

  • Admissions communications plans
  • Travel research and planning
  • Establishing a formal retention structure on campus
  • Primer for Financial Aid Leveraging
