Our Basic level of service allows you to use our mailing platform as a full service email service provider. That means that you provide us with lists (both mailing lists and suppression lists where appropriate) and with creative for your messages, and we set up the campaigns and manage the mailings. We keep track of important mailings statistics (like open rate, click rate, and bounce rate among others) and manage your unsubscribes and bad addresses to ensure that your mailing lists remain up-to-date.

Basic clients can also use our a la carte creative and strategic services on an as needed basis. That means you can apply your precious budget dollars to only those pieces of your communications strategy that need the most attention.
